「台印交流計畫-藝術介入地方與場域限定創作」獲文化部文化園丁計畫補助，由明日和合製作所共同作者張剛華計劃主持，與藝術家阮永翰及策展人高翊愷協同策劃執行。計畫成員致力以表演性的語言去探索當下公共空間、複合式社群與變動現實裡的藝術問題。在這個時代中，公共空間的藝術生產具有更多可能性。相較於都市，越來越多藝術家選擇將他們的藝術實踐移至鄉村；戶外展演受歡迎的程度不亞於白盒子內的藝文展示，社區或替代空間內的藝術逐漸擁有更多的支持者與觀賞客群。創作素材、技術、方法等因應各個計畫而異，當藝術家透過田野調查、協商斡旋、合作以及耐心來生產藝術作品時，不同的審美問題也逐步現身。
本次交流計畫是延續「和合式collective」與藝術家/策展人共同策劃的方式，由明日和合核心成員張剛華作為計畫主持人，與2017年台南土溝村美術館策展人—阮永翰、大稻埕國藝藝術節策展人—高翊愷，以及現於國立台南藝術大學攻讀造型藝術研究所的謝詠程。四位成員在不同養成的背景下共同討論，企圖在「藝術介入地方」的主題下尋找新的觀察要點。
“Taiwan-Indonesia Exchange Program- Art in Its Community and Site-Specific Creations” This program is supported by Ministry of Culture in Taiwan formed by director, artist and curator from various disciplines. Members in the program devote to explore performative languages to deal with the artistic challenges in nowadays public-space, hybrid community, and the keep-changing reality. In this generation, there are more possibilities to produce art in public space. More and more artists replace their practices from metropolis to countryside. Outdoor exhibition or performance are getting as popular as the shows in white box; arts in community or alternative space gain its audience gradually. The materials, techniques, or principle of art vary its meaning case by case. Different aesthetic problem appears while artists work through field investigation, negotiation, collaboration or patient to make their pieces.
